I have been working with ATS on sales training. I have to admit I wasn’t quite sure if I wanted to use ATS at first because I didn’t really know the company and hadn’t seen a lot of their work. But, they came to me highly recommended and I really liked what I had seen in their training.
One concern I had about training is it can be a bit much for the employees going through it. But I liked what was created because it covered the basics of what was needed in a timely manner and wasn’t overwhelming in material and time to the employee or our company.
When the ATS consultant arrived to work for a few days at our office, he was totally prepared. He had everything that we needed to work on and look at all ready. I was really happy with that. That allowed us to get through a lot of material quickly and I didn’t have a lot of down time. He was also a quick thinker and writer so we were able to resolve anything that came up and work through it quickly. We had a lot of fun and got a lot of work done.
When the consultant went back to Florida and I was able to work with the other staff at ATS on other pieces of the training, they too were great to work with.
I am very excited to get the training launched. With the new policies and drills we are now going to be able to really give our sales team some usable training. Which is great because they will have tools to sell and we helped take them to the next level.

Before using Accelerated Training Solutions, we never even bothered trying to figure out the ROI of our training, which basically consisted of haphazard "crash courses" that got the employee on the job as quickly as possible. From there he would learn by trial and error and could try to emulate top producers. We maintain a sales force of about 120 salespeople, so as you could imagine, it wasn't very efficient.

When we started to confront the creation of the training for our salespeople, it was a fascinating process. The confusion generated was immense. But with ATS' help, we kept on track and pushed through that. What we ended up with was training that anyone can do to learn the job and get productive in a relatively short period of time.
Incidentally, we also found that most of our more experienced staff, when put through the same basic training, had huge misconceptions about what we do blow into view and get cleared up. We are still in the process of implementing the training we have and we are creating more. This service has done a great deal to strengthen the foundation of our staff members who have participated in any portion of this training process.

When I first decided to take this course, I thought I would learn how to better handle other people whose personalities were typically a challenge for me to get along with. Instead, this course has helped me change my perspective completely. The Third Party Law helped me see how many of the conflicts I have experienced could have been prevented. My skills at recognizing and respecting another for being the individual they are have improved greatly.
More importantly, I have learned the key to this game we live…we all face similar trials and tribulations; we must learn not to hate anyone for the way others react to the pressures they face. Instead we must truly love them…in spite of all the reasons we are given not to.
As I continue to accomplish this, I am accomplishing a greater sense of happiness, and in the process, gaining self-confidence. Upon completion of each course, I take a look around and see a bigger, brighter world…thank you.

Since the first of the year, my numbers took a nosedive, causing my attitude to follow closely behind. I was unable to finish the communications course I was enrolled in as I wasn’t achieving my required numbers. The training staff and my manager suggested I take the ATS Apprenticeship Course.
The course exceeds the advertised benefits. It not only greatly improved my attitude but as I used the skills taught in the course on the phone, my numbers shot up from an average of 5 a week to 15 in three days. Using the three questions every successful sales person uses saved so many deals that would have been previously lost.
My deepest appreciation to the ladies in training, particularly Adrienne, who stayed on me until I had a grasp of all the concepts. My hats off to them.

I would like to start by saying this program can benefit anyone in the sales industry. I learned the outline to closing a deal. From the initial phone call all the way to the end of the deal, this course will show you all the effective ways to generate interest, build agreement and eventually go for the close.

I never thought for one moment I’d be taking a course on “Learning How to Learn” at the age of 42. In doing so I’ve found that I not only got a chance to relive and relearn things that are so simple to learning until it actually wasn’t simple at all. At least not to me.
The hard part was not the book, however I had to redevelop my tolerance, patience and focus in order to get through this. Those three things TOLERANCE, PATIENCE AND FOCUS, are a necessity for me in everything I do in life.
So I’d like to take the time out to thank Adrienne, Sonya and Danan for putting up with me, my attitude, my lack of tolerance, my lack of patience and not focusing for those three weeks in this course because now thanks to you three I’m well on my way with a better tolerance level, a little more patience and a definite focus. So take me to the next phase.

This training gives you the ability to answer customer’s questions without even having to think. It gives you quick access to an immediate response and conditions you to have the right answers.
As a former Marine, I’m familiar with learning by repetition and it really works.
Having a good arsenal of rebuttals always helps in being able to sell.


Over the years I’ve had the opportunity to participate in sales training programs in fields as diverse as automotive, real estate and franchise sales. And while these programs were in the most part extremely good, they all had one shortcoming: each was almost totally front-loaded, only addressing those entry-level basics necessary for a sales person to start up with a minimum of catastrophes. Well-intentioned plans for ongoing sales and developmental training somehow would be pushed further down the corporate priority list until they disappeared altogether.
When I started with CES in February, however, I found the company’s commitment to be the complete opposite of my past experiences. CES' sales training built competency in little “baby steps” so that in my second week I had 17 verified sales.
Next, the apprenticeship closer training also moved through manageable gradient steps and in the week immediately following its completion I went from 6 to 22 verified closes.
