Rapid ROI™ Employee Training

Employee training programs should produce efficient, educated, motivated and dedicated people.

Most everyone knows the obvious expenses of not having great employee training: low productivity and morale and high turnover. Probably the most debilitating and insidious though is the proficiency gap.

The proficiency gap is the gap between the ideal proficiency of each employee (100%) and the actual proficiency (by survey, the average employee efficiency has been between 40-60%). Also found by survey was the fact that this gap was to a large degree responsible for the majority of errors, re-work, customer dissatisfaction, the high cost of quality, lowered productivity, fire fighting, equipment downtime, shipping delays, customer returns and employee turnover.

Are you measuring the cost of your proficiency gap?

Hidden among your itemized costs of doing business such as parts, labor, materials, equipment, facilities, etc., are substantial costs caused by human error and inefficiency in every area of your organization. They are driving your itemized costs up and you don't even know it. Some examples of these costs are:

This gap costs organizations a staggering percentage of gross income every year.

The solution has two simple steps:

1. identify the most costly aspects of your organization's proficiency gap (those areas that are causing the most or most costly re-work, equipment downtime, customer dissatisfaction, etc.).

2. Build and install employee training programs that bring those areas up to 100% proficiency.

Our Rapid ROI™ Employee Training closes that gap, so to say, and can save companies millions of dollars per year.

When I first decided to take this course, I thought I would learn how to better handle other people whose personalities were typically a challenge for me to get along with.  Instead, this course has helped me change my perspective completely.  The Third Party Law helped me see how many of the conflicts I have experienced could have been prevented.  My skills at recognizing and respecting another for being the individual they are have improved greatly.

More importantly, I have learned the key to this game we live…we all face similar trials and tribulations; we must learn not to hate anyone for the way others react to the pressures they face.  Instead we must truly love them…in spite of all the reasons we are given not to.

As I continue to accomplish this, I am accomplishing a greater sense of happiness, and in the process, gaining self-confidence.  Upon completion of each course, I take a look around and see a bigger, brighter world…thank you.

I must admit I am a rebel without a cause!  I found I got very frustrated and angry at times with a class I assumed would be so simple.  I thought-“Hey, I’m an adult, I know how to learn!  After all, I’ve gone this far.”  Yet, I found myself obsessing over the simple concepts presented in the class.

I majored in Early Childhood Development and Education in the University at GMU.  I truly believe this course should be taught to educators and children anywhere from poverty level to upper class.  The concepts are simple yet lead to complex answers to the learning curve.

I want to give a special thanks to Ashley for her patience on the flashcards for “Lack of Mass.”  We spent 3 days on this-and we both got frustrated- but worked through it!  I also want to thank Adrienne for the definition of the word “think.” Who would have guessed such a simple word had so many meanings?

I can’t help but think that this course could possibly create the next Einstein or the person who discovers the secret to unlocking specific DNA sequences.  This course uses the senses to assist in learning.  Thank you for challenging me in my set ways…
